My Breatharian Journey…

Scientific research confirms that breatharianism—the belief that humans can live without food or water, surviving on "light" or "prana"—is not supported by biology and is dangerous, leading to severe dehydration, starvation, and death. While some proponents have subjected themselves to observation, investigations have consistently revealed fraud or, at best, unverified, poorly designed

Day 2 preparing for launch date Feb 24 - Scientific Observations

At the early hours of the morning, I found myself awake and prepared to engage in my work. I possessed all the necessary energy to document my experiences and monitor my breatharian journey. I had not anticipated that I would rise and be able to track this journey today, especially considering that last evening I consumed slightly more food than I had the previous day. On that day, my intake consisted solely of a few peanuts in their shells accompanied by some pretzels. In contrast, today I indulged in three small servings of both pretzels and peanuts, combining them each time. Nevertheless, I still woke up feeling invigorated and ready to accomplish tasks, much like the night before. My reflections lead me to believe that the cumulative effect of not eating is significant; it is not merely the actions of each day that hold importance, but rather the continuity that extends into the following day. I am convinced that the effects of fasting and the limited food intake ultimately accumulate and interact with the body, influencing the overall spectrum of food within the system.

Additionally, other large studies also failed to show the benefits of dietary sodium restriction upon CVD, or even demonstrated adverse effects related to sodium restriction (Hogas et al., 2022).

Like many scientists, I am perpetually contemplating the subject of my dissertation, aspiring for it to be exceptional. I do not desire a dissertation merely crafted to secure a grade; rather, I seek one that embodies a lived experience, allowing me to earn recognition for understanding science as a truth that was tested, experienced, and observed over time and I invite you to be peer reviewers. My lifestyle has enabled me to achieve this via veganism, raw food, and intermittent fasting. I have demonstrated to myself that various lifestyles can lead to distinct life changes and lasting outcomes. I have observed that familial and hereditary illnesses need not be inevitable; they can be altered. I have come to understand that pre-existing health conditions do not have to persist in an individual. These issues also can be reversed, but it is essential for one to take the initiative to enact change. I cannot fathom the prospect of visiting a pharmacy daily to obtain medication and having to rely on it for extended periods throughout my life. If there were alternative methods to eliminate that dependency, I would certainly pursue every opportunity to learn about them and regain my freedom.
